Señor Sisig is a Filipino Fusion Food Truck. This restaurant on wheels takes a traditional Filipino dish called Sisig and fuses it with the flavors of Mexican American cuisine. “Our goal is to be creative as possible with our menu and bring Filipino Food to the masses”.

Our food is sourced from top quality seasonal ingredients, featuring a high percentage of local and organic products. The food truck menu changes every six to eight weeks, offering a mix of new and signature dishes.
